The bangalore techie case

The Bengaluru techie case involves the death of Atul Subhash, a 34-year-old techie who died by suicide in December 2024. He left behind a 24-page suicide note and a 90-minute video accusing his wife, Nikita Singhania, and her family of harassment, which he claimed led him to take his own life.

Subhash's father, Pawan Kumar, has alleged that his daughter-in-law and her family filed a false maintenance case against him in the name of his grandson. He has also accused them of receiving Rs 40,000 per month as maintenance.

Following the incident, Bengaluru police arrested Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania, and brother Anurag Singhania. The Allahabad High Court also granted anticipatory bail to Sushil Singhania, Nikita's uncle.

This case has sparked a debate on domestic violence and harassment, with many calling for justice for Atul Subhash and his family.
